Let’s Make It Right

If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging while your request is reviewed. Calm Yo Nips must confirm the request window, hygiene-related conditions, eligibility, return shipping responsibility, refund process and timing. Nothing in the final policy should remove applicable consumer rights. Do not assume a return or refund has been approved until you receive confirmation.
